Funding to support Student Travel Grants has been generously donated by the US Office for Naval Research. A limited number of travel grants are available for students attending the conference and presenting a paper (either oral or poster) as the first author. Those students selected will receive complimentary conference registration and two nights at the conference hotel.
Due to the late date of the finalizing of this program, academic advisors should send a recommendation letter by email for each student that is nominated for a travel grant. The email should include the students name, the abstract number, the contribution the student has made to the presented research, and a brief summary on the impact of the presented research.
Nomination e-mails should be sent to Susan Heidger (Susan.email@example.com) and (firstname.lastname@example.org) by no later than 15 May, 2015. Those receiving a travel grant will be notified by 22 May, 2015.
