The conferences are being held in a very lively downtown social setting with many opportunities for a wide variety of evening entertainment. In order to allow our attendees to make the most of these opportunities, we will limit our organized evening events to the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Wednesday Reception and Banquets.
The Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday evening, May 31st and is the ideal time to reacquaint with old colleagues, meet new ones, and spend some quality time with our broad range of exhibitors. The Reception will be held on the 6th floor of the conference hotel (right next to registration) from 6:30-8:30 (tentative) and will include heavy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.
The Banquets for both conferences will be held on Wednesday evening, June 3rd. While each conference will hold its own banquet according to its unique traditions, there will be a common reception before the banquets where attendees can mingle in a more open environment.
To ensure an accurate count for the banquets, a separate banquet ticket must be purchased for each registered attendee and any guests. These are available as part of the online registration process. Please be sure to get tickets for you and your guests when you register as these banquets will likely sell out.
