On Sunday evening there will be an ICOPS 50th Anniversary Welcome Reception at the Eldorado Hotel following the Sunday afternoon registration.
On Monday there will be a lunch associated with the best student paper competition, organized by Simon Bland. This event is also open to everyone but is capped. To secure a spot you must use the conference registration portal and register for this event (no fee).
On Monday evening there will be the Women in Engineering Reception at the La Fonda Hotel's beautiful Terrace organized by Monica Blank. The La Fonda is a 10-minute walk from the Eldorado. On Tuesday evening there will be a Young Professionals reception and panel organized by Viktoriia Babicheva. Finally, the conference banquet will take place at the Eldorado on Wednesday beginning at 6:30 PM.
