Satellite Meetings for PPC 2015 SOFE

At the conference we recognize that there is often a need to conduct concurrent meetings during the conference! We have booked a limited number of meeting rooms for your use.

Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and availability is not guaranteed. All meetings related charges incurred through the hotel will be the responsibility of the group requesting space.

To book a meeting room, please complete the attached Meeting Request Form. Forms must be completed and returned to d.m.orourke@ieee.org by April 1, 2015.
