The rates are: €161/night for standard single and €218/night for standard double. Please note: Any attendees that select to stay at properties other than Cornelia or Letoonia will be responsible for a daily usage fee of €42 that will be payable in full when registration materials are picked up.

Important Note: Once your accommodations are booked, full payment in advance, nonrefundable, will be required via credit card or wire transfer. This is because the IEEE negotiated deeply discounted room rates for conference attendees by purchasing a large block of rooms in advance. If attendees will seek to reserve their rooms directly from the conference hotel they will find that the room rates will be considerably (by a factor of at least 2-3) higher.
Once rooms at the Cornelia Convention Center have been filled conference attendees will be routed to the Letoonia Hotel. It should be noted that, for the price of the hotel room at both properties, all meals and beverages are included.
There are plenty of food options at both properties to accommodate special dietary needs. It should be noted that the hotel room rate also includes transportation from Antalya Airport to the hotels (about a 30-minute drive) and back to the Airport following the conference.
Attendees who stay at the Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa can expect the following all-inclusive (free of charge) services:
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner at main restaurant, pool snack restaurant, children's buffet, midnight buffet
- Local and selected imported alcoholic beverages (excluding premium brands and wines), soft drinks (served by the glass and time restrictions apply), soft drinks and a beer from minibar, replenished daily
- Meeting Package. It includes two times Rich Coffee Breaks.
- Meeting facilities.
- Daily animation program and evening entertainment, sports activities including tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, archery, squash, non-motorized water sports, fitness center, Turkish bath, saunas, steam room, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, children's club.
Attendees staying at the Letoonia will have lunch with the other attendees at the conference hotel. The Letoonia is a 15-minute bus ride from the Convention Center and buses will be provided during the week of ICOPS to shuttle attendees back and forth.
